At PrintersGurus, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used printer ink and toner cartridges
Software downloads or digital licenses
Customized or special-order products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Email us at returns@printersgurus.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and a return address.
Package the item securely and ship it back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@printersgurus.com.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
